"has had a policy for over 10 years i have now been treated with such disrespect and disregard over my policy. i payed in full for my business policy quited one price bought it. not even 30 days later i get a call saying i owe more money. get it taken care of were i owe no money now. come to find out they are still trying to charge me 166.12 dollars a month. i get round and round no one will call me back when i call and ask to come in to speak to some one i get left out side for 20 min because door is locked when i had a appointment. to this day things still are not taken care of. also would like to add cant even enter a right vin number so when i go to dmv to renew my tags shows i do not have insurance. get threated to have my driver license suspended. called over a month a go to have this fixed still don't even know if this is fixed either worst company agent ever update as of 1245 pm today all i get told is we can cancel your pollicy. really customer for years and just want to cancel and not help fix the prombelm ok"
